Timothy is an experienced litigator. Before joining our firm, Timothy was a senior casualty attorney for Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin, the largest insurance defense firm in the United States and for McIntosh, Sawran, Peltz & Cartaya, a well-known maritime injury defense firm. In this capacity, Timothy litigated multiple cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. Timothy's unique and valuable experience in defense litigation, and from years of working for insurance companies, puts him in an excellent position to now litigate cases against large insurance companies and national corporations.
Timothy is a resident of Deerfield Beach, a graduate of Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center and a former U.S. Army Ranger.
Timothy's practice includes the prosecution of maritime injury claims, Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation claims, products liability and premises liability.
In addition to the Florida Bar, Timothy is admitted to the Federal Bar for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, South Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.

Howard is a veteran trial lawyer and our senior attorney. He is Certified by the Florida Bar as a Board- Certified Specialist in Workers Compensation, and AV-Rated by Martindale Hubbell. Howard has been aggressively representing clients in Boca Raton in Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation claims, Jones Act claims, and personal injury claims for over twenty-four years. He currently serves as the President of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.
